The Faculty of Health Sciences and Technology of the
Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, formerly Anambra State University, honored Onitsha South Local Government Chairman, Honorable Chief Emeka Orji, in recognition of his Distinguished, Selfless and Esteem Services to the Society and Humanity.
The Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Technology, Professor Nkeiruka M. Orji, disclosed that the honoring award was conferred on the council boss of Onitsha South for his magnanimity in relation to human capital development and the unique infrastructures in Onitsha South that he attracted within this short period in office.
“Onitsha South today is rapidly becoming the Dubai Taiwan which the state Governor, Professor CC Soludo is eager of through Honourable Emeka Orji, – Professor Nkeiruka stated.
Chief Emeka Orji appreciated the honor done to him, while stating that it was a great privilege for him to be recognized and honored for his Service to Society and Humanity
by this prestigious University.
