The immediate erstwhile coordinator of Coalition of Igbo Progressive Youth Anambra State chapter and Onitsha South LG Speaker of the Youth Assembly of Nigeria(YAN), Comr. Ikechukwu Ezeh, Senator Iyke Celebrates Eid Mubarak Sallah with the Anambra Arewa and Oduduwa Youth forum in Onitsha, led by Alhaji Umar Muhammed maihadisi (Arewa) and Alhaji Abdul Rahman Zubairu Tunde respectively.

The Speaker extended his warmest wishes to all the Muslim friends, followers, and friends on this joyful occasion of Eid-El Mubarak.
Senator Iyke urged youths, irrespective of religion, gender, or political party affiliations, to jettison their differences and push for unity and love.
‘‘We must learn to see ourselves as brothers and sisters from the same heritage, who must come to terms with the African proverb that ‘‘a family tie is like a tree, it can bend but it cannot break.’’

“This is an opportunity for us to reflect and pray for our amiable Governor, Prof. CC Soludo for the peaceful coexistence among the different religions and the massive annual training of Anambra youths and empowerment since assumption. Pray for our dear Hon. Commissioner for Youth Development, Mr. Patrick Agha Mba, and hard-working Mayor of Onitsha South LG, Chief Emeka Orji for God’s guidance and good health, and pray for all those in leadership positions so that God, in his infinite mercy, will continue to guide them as they steer the affairs of the State.

In the same vein, Senator Iyke thanked God for the immeasurable contribution of Rt. Amb. Charles Ezeanikwe, Anambra State Ambassador and National Deputy Majority Leader, and the YAN State Speaker, Comr. Chidubem Ezeani Mayor to the youth Republic.
The Onitsha South YAN Speaker reiterated that one of the easiest means of fighting insecurity is to engage unemployed and under-employed youths. Governor Soludo has taken it upon himself to see that every Anambra youth is busy doing a legitimate business.

Hon. Obi Onyebuchi, the Deputy Mayor of Onitsha South LG, stated that the Sallah celebration of this magnitude has not been done in Onitsha in the rest of the past and urged the Muslim faithful to support Governor Soludo in his bid for a second term.
