Yesterday, 11th May, I had the privilege of attending the SMFEST Awka, and it was truly a remarkable event. This platform serves as a beacon, guiding youths on how to harness the power of technology, social media, and innovation to propel their businesses, brands, and causes forward. It was a mind-blowing experience, filled with valuable ideas, exposure, and insights.

During my speech, I extended my heartfelt gratitude to the organizers led by my brother from Ogbaru, Sirwyte Ochije, for orchestrating such a timely event. It exemplifies that Anambra is not merely a transit point but a destination. The gathering of innovative youths from our state was truly impressive, showcasing the vibrancy and potential within our State.

I also took a moment to acknowledge the visionary initiatives of the Executive Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo particularly programs like the ” Solution Innovation District” and the “One Youth Two Skills” program. These endeavors are instrumental in engaging our youth and fostering a culture of innovation.

This event resonated deeply with the mission we’ve been championing through the “Ogbaru Youth Parliament” for the past two years. We have aimed to instill a digital awakening within the minds of Ogbaru youths, and I was delighted to have registered over 20 of them to attend this transformative program.

As we continue on this journey of empowerment and enlightenment, I am confident that Anambra State will emerge as a hub of innovation and progress, driven by the passion and ingenuity of its people.
