The Senator-Elect for Anambra Central, Senator Dr Victor Umeh OFR (Ohamadike Ndigbo) today joined friends and well-wishers in commiserating with the former Aviation Minister, Chief Osita Chidoka (Ike Obosi) and Member of House of Representatives representing Idemili North and South Federal Constituency, Hon Obinna Chidoka, and the entire Chidoka family of Obosi at the burial of their mother, Late Deaconess Victoria Chidoka who died at 75 years old.
Senator Victor Umeh in the company of his amiable wife, Lady Prisca Umeh (Osodieme) while expressing his heartfelt sympathy for Chief Osita, Hon. Obinna, and other Members of the bereaved family emphasized that though the family and loved ones would’ve loved that Late Victoria Chidoka lived longer than her age, at 75years, she had achieved so much.
“she’s left behind, a family of great children, starting from Osita, Obinna, the chartered Accountant—her daughter; every one of them is successful. So God has blessed her and she had left happily knowing that she has left behind, a family of great people, and her legacy will be kept intact.
I am sure that having lived a very good Christian life, she will merit the crown of righteousness which Christ promised those who die in him. So we say goodbye to Mom, and to the family members, to take heart. May God grant them the fortitude to bear this physical separation from their mother. May her soul rest in peace.” – Senator Umeh added
